CALL FOR WORK: WINTER WONDERLAND DUE BY JANUARY 27
OPENING RECEPTION: Friday, February 3 from 4-6pm

We invite artists to submit work to the City of Biddeford’s annual non-juried Winter Wonderland exhibition.
Drop off your work at City Hall in Biddeford by FRIDAY JANUARY 27 by 5PM. Executive Assistant Andrea Fagan, at the office of the City Manager (first floor), will accept work between the hours of 8-5pm Monday through Friday until the deadline. Calls for information can be directed to this office at (207) 284-9313 as well.
You may submit up to 2 pieces no larger than 3′ x 3′. Each artist is required to complete an Artwork Intake form prior to dropping off work at City Hall. Please print and attach a copy securely to the back of your artwork.
Work MUST have picture hangers or wires attached in order to hang from a picture rail system. No nails can be put into the walls. Wires work best for hanging level. Work submitted without mounting hardware or wires will not be hung. Staff at City Hall will not be responsible for adding mounting hardware on your work. All work must have some type of mounting, we cannot accept works on paper without a backer board of some type. Please consult email@example.com if you have questions about mounting your artwork.
City staff has the right to decline any work that does not comply with standards of ethics, not on its artistic merit.
As policy, pricing cannot be included on the artwork but contact info may be included for interested parties to contact the artist directly.
Drop off is between 8-5pm M-F before 5PM JANUARY 27
Opening reception is FRIDAY FEBRUARY 3 from 4-6pm in the City Hall Gallery on the first floor.
Work will be on display through March 18.
Pickup for work is before 5PM on March 24.
