Weekly screenings & performances
Fridays & Saturdays, 5:30-8:00PM

In collaboration with Subcircle, Engine is pleased to present a return of our 𝗲𝗻 π—Ώπ—Όπ˜‚π˜π—² Curbside Performance Series. Performance artists are invited to share performance films, live performance, and public programs to activate our downtown gallery space.

Taking place in Engine’s gallery space, 𝗲𝗻 π—Ώπ—Όπ˜‚π˜π—² is a walk up dance installation to be seen safely from the sidewalk that will showcase free film and live performances Fridays and Saturdays 5:30-8:00PM from February 11 – March 12. This series is generously curated and produced by Engine’s presenting partner Subcircle and local dance artist Jacqui DeFranΓ§a.

During the run of 𝗲𝗻 π—Ώπ—Όπ˜‚π˜π—² there will also be unannounced moments of process. Dance artists will be occupying the space to rehearse, create, and groove. Opportunities to engage with artists virtually and in person will be available to the public. This project is generously supported by the Onion Foundation.

Participating Artists: Monkeyhouse, Jenny Stulberg, Ali Kenner Brodsky, Tori Lawrence, Liz Mulkey, Marlon Taylor Wiles, Kelsie Steil, Veeva Banga, Dani Robbins, YES! Dance Theater, and Subcircle.
