As a non-profit 501c3 organization, Engine relies on the generosity of supporters like you. Your gift today will have a direct impact on connecting and inspiring our community through art, design, and education. Your support underwrites programs that support our community’s creative expression, problem solving and collaboration, civic imagination, power and agency through hands-on experiential education and creative placemaking– all critical tools in continuing to support free expression in a democratic society. We invite folks to share in their many gifts and capacities – financial, creative, skilled labor, time, energy, and leadership!

Engine’s Tax ID/EIN number is 27-2463118. You can view our GuideStar profile here. Your donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Make a Gift in Honor of Someone Special

Engine will gladly help you target your gift for a specific purpose or as a tribute to a particular person. This can be done via our online donation form or via email.

Recommend a grant from your donor advised fund

A donor-advised fund (DAF) provides donors with a centralized charitable giving vehicle. Through a donor-advised fund, you can allocate a charitable gift each year and take an immediate tax deduction. Commonly used donor-advised funds include Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, Vanguard Charitable, National Philanthropic Trust, and BNY Mellon, among many others. Recommend a gift to Engine or contact Jess Muise with any questions.

Charitable Bequest

Although it can be a bit strange to think about, your will allows you to support the people and organizations you love after you’ve passed. By including Engine in your will, your awesome legacy ensures that creativity always has a place to thrive. A bequest may specify a dollar amount, a particular asset, or a percentage of your estate, and can be as simple as a sentence or two in your will or living trust agreement.

Engine is honored to recognize the generosity of those who have named Engine (EIN 27-2463118) in their will or estate plans. Such future gifts demonstrate an ongoing commitment to Engine and our mission to connect and inspire our community through art, design, and education.

Planned gifts are exempt from estate taxes.

Wills and Living Trusts – Name Engine Inc as a charitable bequest in your will or living trust.

Beneficiary Designations – Name the Engine as a beneficiary of your assets – retirement plans, life insurance policies DAFs, bank or brokerage accounts.  Simply list Engine (tax ID EIN 27-2463118) on your beneficiary designation form.
